Over two years ago, Dr. Joe Caperna and John Steinmetz had a vision to start a program called Serenity Yoga. The class takes place every Wednesday from 4:30-5:45 pm at the Joyce Beers Community Center, 3900 Vermont St., next to Panera Bread in the newly renamed The Hub Hillcrest Market.
